Property Manager

Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Property Manager to join our team in Preston on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Property Manager working for Reeds Rains you will receive:

• £24,000 basic, £28,800 OTE with uncapped commission scheme
• Professional training and development

In the role of a Property Manager you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and resolving maintenance issues by urgency and importance.
• Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct and analyse property inspection reports and liaise with the landlord giving relevant advice.
• Conduct end of lease checkouts and process documentation in line with company processes.
• Manage end of tenancy returns and negotiate dilapidation compensation
• Check invoices received against works orders and arrange
