The Role

We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team and own the visual execution of our clients' marketing campaigns. You will design static ad creative that converts, build engaging web experiences, develop brand identities, and use cutting-edge AI tools to push creative boundaries. This is a fast-paced, high-output role where you will work directly with clients and deliver work that makes a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • You will create static ad creative for paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and more. Your designs won't just look good; they will be built with performance in mind, optimised for click-through rates, conversions, and brand recall.
  • You will design and build web assets including landing pages, website sections, and digital experiences that are visually compelling and conversion-focused. You will understand how design choices impact user behaviour and business outcomes.
  • You will embrace AI image generation tools as part of your creative process, using them strategically to explore concepts, generate assets, and work more efficiently.
  • You will work on brand development projects, creating visual identities, style guides, and brand assets that bring client visions to life.
  • You will present your work, explain your creative rationale, receive feedback, and iterate quickly. You will collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate briefs into compelling visuals.

What We're Looking For
