About Favoured
Favoured is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through data-driven strategies and creative excellence. We are looking for a Digital Designer who can turn strategic thinking into high-impact visuals that drive performance and elevate brands.
The Role
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team and own the visual execution of our clients' marketing campaigns. You will design static ad creative that converts, build engaging web experiences, develop brand identities, and use cutting-edge AI tools to push creative boundaries. This is a fast-paced, high-output role where you will work directly with clients and deliver work that makes a measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- You will create static ad creative for paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and more. Your designs won't just look good; they will be built with performance in mind, optimised for click-through rates, conversions, and brand recall. You will work at pace, turning around multiple creative concepts quickly while maintaining high quality.
- You will design and build web assets including landing pages, website sections, and digital experiences that are visually compelling and conversion-focused. You will understand how design choices impact user behaviour and business outcomes.
- You will embrace AI image generation tools as part of your creative process, using them strategically to explore concepts, generate assets, and work more efficiently. We are looking for someone who sees AI as an opportunity to enhance creativity, not replace it.
- You will work on brand development projects, creating visual identities, style guides, and brand assets that bring client visions to life. You will translate strategic positioning into design systems that work across channels.
- This is a client-facing role. You will present your work, explain your creative rationale, receive feedback, and iterate quickly. You will collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate briefs into compelling visuals.
- You will be involved in creative strategy, not just execution. Your marketing background means you understand campaign objectives, audience psychology, and how creative fits into the bigger picture. You will contribute ideas, challenge briefs when needed, and think beyond aesthetics to deliver work that drives results.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a digital designer with a strong portfolio showcasing static ad creative, web design, and brand work.
- Marketing background with an understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience using AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to enhance creative output.
- Ability to work at pace and deliver high-quality work with quick turnarounds.
- Confidence presenting and defending creative work to clients.
- Strategic thinking—you understand why you're making design choices, not just what looks good.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate feedback into actionable revisions.
- Experience designing for digital advertising platforms and understanding platform specs/best practices.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Curiosity about marketing trends, design innovation, and emerging creative technologies.
Why Favoured
This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you're most productive. You will work with ambitious clients across industries, tackle diverse creative challenges, and see your work drive real business outcomes. As an Employee Owned Trust (EOT), everyone here has a genuine stake in our success—when the company does well, we all benefit. We also believe in proper time off, which is why we offer 32 days holiday. If you're a designer who thinks like a marketer and wants to work somewhere your creativity directly impacts performance, let's talk.
