Faversham House are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager to support the continued recruitment and people engagement needs of the business following a change in capacity within the existing Talent Acquisition function. Our Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager has reduced her working hours, and whilst she will continue to play a key role, additional resource is required to ensure we can maintain momentum in hiring and continue to deliver a high-quality candidate and employee experience.
This position will be key to ensuring we attract, engage and retain high-quality talent. The role will work closely with the existing Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager, the leadership team and hiring managers across the business to deliver an efficient, proactive and best-in-class recruitment and engagement function aligned to our purpose and values.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised recruitment professional with a strong focus on candidate experience and the ability to build relationships quickly across the business. Ideally, they will have:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, either in-house or agency
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset, with experience in sourcing candidates directly and building talent pipelines
