Your mission
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident senior B2B salesperson with a proven track record of winning new business and cultivating high spending accounts. You will be working with our sales director to cultivate and win new business, as well as manage and grow existing key accounts. This new role is to expand our sales bandwidth as we embark on a programme of ambitious growth. The successful candidate will have responsibility for selling marketing services including digital content such as sponsored research, digital events and webinars, and bespoke events such as roundtables and dinners. There will also be an expectation of cross selling into conferences, events and memberships, as part of high value, cross platform campaigns. We expect the successful candidate to adopt a consultative and solution-led multi-platform sales approach as needed, working closely with their colleagues to achieve the best outcome for the client and the business.
Your profile
- They will be a dynamic and tenacious salesperson who succeeds by building relationships, is driven to develop new business and eager to get out and meet contacts face-to-face.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years B2B sales experience using a consultative sales approach to sell high value campaigns.
- Proven track record of new business development and a sound understanding of sales processes.
- A strong relationship-builder with experience of growing accounts.
- Demonstrates success in meeting challenging targets.
- There is no requirement for specific degrees or higher education qualifications; however, candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
