Mission

Your mission, roles and responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to the Financial Controller in all areas of Finance and Controlling.
  • Ensuring that the plant accounting is properly completed, in line with UK accounting rules and Faurecia procedures.
  • Guaranteeing the price management of the plant for selling prices towards customers.
  • Maintaining and improving controls in all areas of Accounting.
  • Building strong liaison/communication with all Departments within the Company and challenging the status quo.
  • Playing a major proactive role as a key member of the finance team and providing vital support to the Financial Controller regarding accounting and controlling.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Sales Management
  • Detailed self-billing and invoicing analysis ensuring that all sales are charged and paid.
  • System Engineering change – VAVE management.
  • Sales performance management.
  • Manual invoicing (prototypes, test seats) / suppliers recharges.
  • Overdues.
  • Month-end Closing Tasks.
  • Preparing, in collaboration with the Financial Controller, the forecasted budgets, cash and P.
