Mission
Your mission, roles and responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance to the Financial Controller in all areas of Finance and Controlling.
- Ensuring that the plant accounting is properly completed, in line with UK accounting rules and Faurecia procedures.
- Guaranteeing the price management of the plant for selling prices towards customers.
- Maintaining and improving controls in all areas of Accounting.
- Building strong liaison/communication with all Departments within the Company and challenging the status quo.
- Playing a major proactive role as a key member of the finance team and providing vital support to the Financial Controller regarding accounting and controlling.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Sales Management
- Detailed self-billing and invoicing analysis ensuring that all sales are charged and paid.
- System Engineering change – VAVE management.
- Sales performance management.
- Manual invoicing (prototypes, test seats) / suppliers recharges.
- Overdues.
- Month-end Closing Tasks.
- Preparing, in collaboration with the Financial Controller, the forecasted budgets, cash and P.
