Role Description The Senior Sales and Partnership Manager (Slavic language speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with organizations across relevant markets, with a particular focus on Slavic-speaking partners. Day-to-day, you will build and manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop tailored proposals, lead commercial conversations, and maintain long-term partner relationships. You will analyze performance data, refine go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partner success. The role also involves market research, attending industry events, and representing Faura.global as a trusted advisor to partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic partnerships and partnership development skills, with experience structuring and managing high-value collaborations.
- Proven account management and client relationship management skills, including retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, including forecasting and performance reporting.
- Fluency in at least one Slavic language (spoken and written), plus strong proficiency in English.
- Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in creative, tech, media, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years experience in luxury sales preferred
