We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager who is passionate about interiors, premium brands, and design culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growing business.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will support Faura’s marketing activities across digital campaigns, content, partnerships, events, and trade engagement. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, strengthening relationships with designers and architects, and supporting showroom growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, presentations, and website updates
  • Coordinate designer stories, showroom updates, case studies, and brand features
  • Support lead generation campaigns targeting designers, architects, developers, and premium clients
  • Assist with outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, and design communities
  • Help organise showroom events, launches, presentations, and trade activities
  • Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand, or communications
  • Strong interest in interiors, furniture, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, content creation, and events
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Slavic language
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
  • Confident using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing tools
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
  • Available to work 5 days a week in the office

Preferred

  • Experience in interiors, furniture, luxury retail, design showrooms, or property sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, and lead generation
  • Experience with Instagram planning and B2B communications
