We are seeking an IT Technical Officer to provide second- and third-line IT support services to our employees around the world, liaising with external providers where relevant.

  • Provide second- and third-line IT support services globally.
  • Liaise with external providers.
  • Deliver end‑user support services.
  • Learn new systems and acquire new knowledge.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Work efficiently in a busy environment, balancing competing demands.
  • Pay close attention to detail and maintain a rigorous approach to work.
