We are seeking an IT Technical Officer to provide second- and third-line IT support services to our employees around the world, liaising with external providers where relevant.
- Provide second- and third-line IT support services globally.
- Liaise with external providers.
- Deliver end‑user support services.
- Learn new systems and acquire new knowledge.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Work efficiently in a busy environment, balancing competing demands.
