Fauna & Flora is seeking a Technical Specialist to shape an Arctic Partnerships & Organisational Development initiative from its early phase. Based in the Cambridge office with partial remote UK work, the role focuses on listening, scoping and co-design with partner organisations in Norway and Greenland to translate insights into early programme strategies and pilot activities.

You will support Indigenous-led and locally led groups through capacity-building, mentoring and tailored organisational.
