Role: Founding SDR/BDR – B2B SaaS (full-time)

Location: Flexible hybrid – 2/3 days London Shoreditch office with the team + 2/3 WFH

Salary: £35k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k, but could be more)

FaultFixers is a multi-award winning property and facilities maintenance management software. Our customers use FaultFixers to digitise their entire maintenance operations across their site(s), helping them track and manage repairs, automating their pre-scheduled compliance tasks, and managing their assets. We help teams to toss the paper and ditch the spreadsheets in what is a universally and traditionally paper-driven sector. Maintenance is ripe for disruption, and we're at the forefront of this space.

FaultFixers’ Journey

Since launching at the beginning of 2020 we have achieved rapid growth, working with all sorts of clients including Care Homes, Schools, Maintenance Contractors, Retail/Shopping Centres and many other sectors. Our largest client is the UK Foreign Office and our smallest is a pest control man-in-a-van. Having recently achieved several key milestones we plan to accelerate our growth in 2026 so we can grow faster, more efficiently and improve our technology for our customers. We’re backed by a hugely successful set of angels/investors/founders, as well as several FTSE 100 industry veteran advisors. The team is currently 14 strong, but we’re looking to grow significantly in the next 12 months.

  • You are comfortable with cold calling and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Previous SDR experience is helpful, but not essential - this role is also a strong fit for graduates or candidates looking to start a career in sales.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a builder mentality where you’re not afraid to take calculated risks.
  • You are naturally curious and embody a growth mind.
  • You are confident speaking with new people and building rapport.
  • You are highly organised, can work independently and are detail-oriented.

  • You are ambitious and excited to grow your skills, with a view to progressing into an Account Executive role over time.
  • You are analytical and able to spot patterns, learn from results, and adjust your approach.

What the job involves:

  • Execute high-quality outbound - This is a cold calling-led role, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Prospect, target and qualify - A key part of the role is developing our ICP, which includes researching companies within our core industries, identifying the right contacts, and reaching out with a relevant, well-positioned value proposition.
  • Generate high-quality meetings - You’ll be responsible for creating qualified opportunities that meet the standard for AE/manager acceptance.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline - You’ll be expected to keep clear notes, manage follow-ups effectively, and track future opportunities carefully, including contract renewal dates or callback points.
  • Operate in a startup environment - This is a fast-paced role in a growing business.
  • Ongoing enablement and training - Ability to become an industry expert, whilst building our outbound playbook with weekly enablement opportunities.

Application process:

  • First interview - 15 minute screening call.
  • Second interview - 30 minute skill set interview - E.g. questions around coachability, communication skills.
  • Task - Map out an account strategy, how would you prospect this, identify key stakeholders and frame a personalised email and a cold call script.
  • Third interview (final) - 45 minute interview - Run through assignment, cold call role play based on prospects from assignment and cultural fit questions.
