At Fatto a Mano, our
managers are hands on. You’ll lead from the floor, support your team through
busy services and work closely with the General Manager to keep the whole
pizzeria moving.
We’re looking for an
experienced Assistant General Manager who is dedicated, positive and
full of energy. Someone who enjoys the chaos of a busy service, stays calm
under pressure and always has a “third eye” on what is happening around the
pizzeria.
What you’ll be
doing
- Supporting the General
Manager with the day to day running of the pizzeria - Leading energetic,
organised and memorable services - Training, developing
and motivating the team - Creating a positive
culture where people enjoy coming to work - Driving sales while
delivering an excellent experience for every customer - Keeping an eye on the
details, from the door and floor to the bar and pizzeria - Stepping into any role
when the team needs your support - Maintaining high
standards across service, cleanliness and presentation - Helping manage rotas,
stock, labour and other operational responsibilities

hospitality manager who loves being on the floor - A confident and

reliable and calm under pressure - A strong communicator
who can give clear direction and feedback - Someone commercially
aware who understands how to drive sales - A people-focused
manager who enjoys training and developing others - Someone who takes
ownership and notices what needs doing without being asked - A real team player with
plenty of personality and positive energy
