We're looking for a Head Pizzaiolo who wants to build something: A pizzeria people are proud to be part of. A team that gets better every week. What you'll be doing:
- Leading every service from the pizza bench and setting the standard for every pizza that leaves the oven
- Making exceptional Neapolitan pizza every single day while leading by example
- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your team
- Working closely with your General Manager to build one positive, united pizzeria team
- Creating a strong relationship between Front of House and Back of House, where communication, trust and support come first
- Giving regular coaching, feedback and development to your Area Pizzaiolo to help your team grow while maintaining consistently high standards
- Maintaining company specifications, food quality and consistency across every service
- Taking ownership of stock, ordering, food safety and organisation
- Driving food quality, standards and team performance every single shift
- Creating a pizzeria where people work hard, support each other and genuinely enjoy what they do
