Fatto a Mano Covent Garden is seeking a Head Pizzaiolo to lead every service from the pizza bench, ensuring exceptional Neapolitan pizza daily. You will recruit, train and develop your team, working closely with the General Manager to build a positive, united restaurant.

You’ll nurture strong FOH/BOH relationships, coach your Area Pizzaiolo, and maintain high standards, stock control and food safety. This is hands-on leadership in a growing independent pizzeria.
