Are you passionate about technology and looking to build a career in IT? Father Hudson’s Caritas is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our friendly IT team.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience supporting colleagues across the organisation while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship qualification.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-line IT support to staff across the organisation.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support requests.
- Support cybersecurity and data protection activities.
- Participate in IT projects and system improvements.
- Develop valuable technical and customer service skills through practical experience and apprenticeship training.
