Role Overview: Putting the customer at the heart of everything, supporting the Store Manager to maximize profitability through sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand. Creating an inspiring atmosphere and supporting team development while maintaining high standards according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, maintaining brand integrity and high standards.
  • Drive customer service standards to exceed expectations.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team, supporting appraisals and reviews.
  • Analyze financial and retail data to maximize sales and support decision-making.
  • Ensure store operates within budget through scheduling and cost controls.
  • Implement retail plans effectively using organizational skills.
  • Communicate with Head Office to optimize stock and sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to procedures for cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store launches.
  • Comply with policies, legal obligations, and GDPR.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibilities to ensure store success.
