Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Lead by example, promote the FatFace brand and culture through your team, and champion social and environmental initiatives.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement.
- Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of store performance, make data-led decisions, identify opportunities, and drive results.
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Inspire, coach, and support team members to reach their potential with ongoing development and feedback.
- Maintain Visual & Operational Excellence: Uphold store presentation, product displays, and stock standards.
- Ensure Compliance & Profitability: Manage store operations, including stock control, security, health & safety, and profitability.
- Build Community Connections: Foster relationships with local businesses and community initiatives to support FatFace's broader purpose.
