Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and learn about our products to assist effectively.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  2. Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
  4. Assist with deliveries, replenishment, and stock management on the shop floor.
  5. Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
  6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
  7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.
