We believe the world’s fastest driver hasn’t raced…yet. At FAT Karting League, we’re changing motorsport. Too often, racing has been about budget, not talent. We’re here to fix that - building a fair, accessible pathway from first lap to Formula 4. No kart to buy. No hidden costs. Just show up and race. This isn’t just karting. It’s a system designed to find the next generation of drivers, whatever their background. Backed by FAT International, we’re building something bigger than race weekends. We’re building a movement. And none of it happens without the right people trackside.

We’re hiring skilled mechanics to support our UK events. This is fast-paced, hands-on work. You’ll be part of the team delivering race weekends that feel professional, high energy, and built for the next generation of drivers. You don’t need to come from motorsport. You do need the right attitude.

We are looking for a number of skilled mechanics roles with various levels of experience to join our team to assist in the preparation and maintenance of karts. Skilled mechanics should have experience in either race cars, motorbikes or karts. The role requires travelling to and from racetracks, so your own transport is essential.
