Customer Success Executive

Our mission is to become the #1 marketing services platform in the world. fatjoe sells productised services to marketing teams - services such as link building, content, digital PR and video.

The Role

You\'ll be the friendly face of fatjoe for our clients making sure they\'re onboarded smoothly, getting value from our services, and spotting opportunities for growth. This means:

  • Running consultative onboarding calls
  • Helping clients hit their goals with the right services
  • Driving conversions and upsells
  • Re-engaging past clients and building long-term relationships

What We\'re Looking For

  • 12+ months in client success, account management, or sales
  • A people-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable running video calls and managing a busy schedule
  • Proactive, positive, and commercially sharp
  • Must be able to travel to events (all costs covered)
  • Bonus: SEO knowledge of 1 year+

Your working day

  • Monday-Friday: 12pm–8pm
  • Hybrid - WFH and also from our office in Cannock once a week
