Customer Service Assistant Fastwarm Underfloor Heating is one of the UK’s fastest growing underfloor heating companies. With online channels, merchant channels, and a trade counter collection point we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced operations department as a Customer Service Advisor Role & Responsibilities: Communicating with customers via phone and email Processing returns, refunds, credit notes General administration duties Tracking customer orders across our courier networks Maintaining customer services mailboxes / responding to general queries Maintaining eBay/Amazon mailboxes / responding to general queries Replying to online customer feedback General administration duties Assisting Accounts Dept as and when required with Ad Hoc credit control duties Key Skills & Experience Experience of ERP systems (Orderwise/Sage or similar) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word/Excel Great customer service skills Experience of telephone communications with customers Previous call centre experience is desired Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm (Negotiable) Salary & Benefits Salary £27,000 20 Days Holiday + Public Holidays Car Parking o…
