My client is a nationwide housebuilder that has been established now for over 60 years during which time they have gained a reputation for building the highest quality houses. As a result of continued growth this company is looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team in Manchester. The successful Site Manager will be based in (or commutable to) Manchester, have 8-10 years experience as a Site Manager in the housebuilding sector and be able to demonstrate a record of achieving awards for their work. As a Site Manager you will be expected to manage the development of the site through to completion, and ensure that targets in cost quality and programme are met. Reporting into the Contracts Manager, this Manchester based Site Manager will have an in depth knowledge of NHBC requirements and H&S regulations. The client expects to their Site Managers to hold a minimum of NVQ level 3 (level 5 desirable) or have come from a time served trades background with considerable
experience of the full range of construction trades. C.I.O.B would be a definite advantage when applying for this role.
