Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the organisation’s long-term growth strategy, assess acquisition and investment opportunities, and support the delivery of key strategic initiatives.You will:Support the development of Group strategy and long-term growth prioritiesAnalyse markets, competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunitiesAssess organic and inorganic growth opportunitiesSupport the identification and evaluation of acquisitions, investments and strategic partnershipsBuild financial models, valuations and investment business casesCoordinate due diligence and support transaction executionPrepare strategic and investment papers for senior leadership and Board-level audiencesSupport post-acquisition integration and value creationLead and coordinate high-priority strategic projects across the organisationWork closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Operations and other business functions I am looking for a commercially minded professional with experience gained within one or more of the following:Corporate Strategy or Corporate DevelopmentStrategy / Management ConsultingInvestment Banking or M&A AdvisoryBig Four Deals, Strategy & Transactions, Corporate Finance, FDD or CDDStrategy, transformation or strategic projects within a large organisation You will ideally bring:Strong strategic and commercial judgementFinancial modelling and valuation skillsExposure to M&A, transactions or investment analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityExcellent project and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to produce clear, senior-level presentations and written recommendationsConfidence working independently and managing multiple priorities Sector-specific experience is not essential. Experience within maritime, energy, engineering, industrials, technology/software, infrastructure or other complex B2B environments would be advantageous.This is an opportunity to gain genuine breadth across strategy, M&A and strategic delivery rather than being limited to one area.
