The role sits within the Charter Retail team and would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, with experience in an administrative, operations or client support environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate charter data in Salesforce, supporting bookings and documentation, preparing tailored itineraries and helping to coordinate schedules, meetings and follow-ups. There is also a strong events element, with involvement in yacht shows and industry events, including travel arrangements, client communications and logistics. You’ll work closely with the Creative team and international offices to ensure charter yachts are accurately and professionally presented across all platforms. They are looking for someone who is confident managing multiple priorities, has excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
