Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Negotiate terms with clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.
• Achieve personal and team targets, contributing to the success of the business.
