Faststream Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join a globally recognised Cruise Line! This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line who are seen as one of the leaders in the cruise industry!

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Minimum two years front of house managerial/operational experience in a hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field preferred.
  • Ability to deal with international guests.
  • Professional, welcoming appearance and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution with resourceful thinking.
  • Able to meet Key Responsibilities and all reasonable company requests.

In return, the company will offer:

  • 4 month on and 2 month off contract.
  • Monthly salary starting at $5000 per month (paid on board only).
