FASTSIGNS #430701 is hiring for an entrepreneurial and energetic team member to join our small and growing business. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, including light project management, administrative assistance, business analysis, and customer support. This role is part-time with a flexible schedule suitable for Mother\’s Hours. Opportunities exist for this to eventually grow into a full-time role.

A successful FASTSIGNS Outside Sales team member will, with minimal supervision:

  • Obtain necessary permits for sign jobs, following rules that vary by town and county
    • Determine how to apply, gather necessary support documentation and information
    • Follow up consistently to ensure permits are progressing
  • Light project management
    • Track shipments for offsite jobs
    • Confirm shipping and receipt of products from third-party fabricators
  • Social Media
    • Create two posts per week on company social media feeds
  • Administrative assistance
    • Support office activities
    • Manage CRM data
    • Occasionally deliver smaller signs using the company vehicle
  • Office management
    • Maintain office supply inventory
    • Assist with customer support as needed

Ideal qualifications for FASTSIGNS Outside Sales Team member include:

  • Prior business experience preferred, including roles such as administrative assistant, business analyst, or project manager
  • Knowledge of social media posting and brand standards
