Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and an ability to build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively generate new leads via telesales, networking, and field sales. Act as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries. Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive sales pitches. Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Customer Service & Account Management: Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries. Oversee orders and coordinate project timelines to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Office & Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day office coordination and logistics. Maintain efficient communication across teams to ensure smooth operations.

As our Signage Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Consult with clients to understand their signage needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales process - from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
  • Support smooth office operations and uphold our high standards of service.

  • Experience in the signage industry is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the signage or related industry.
