We are a full-service digital production agency delivering end-to-end solutions. Our mission is to help brands thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world through innovative digital driven solutions and exceptional production quality. We specialise in technical solutions - specifically platform development, and offer other services as required for clients - often partnering with other specialist agencies.

We are a fully remote company, established for 28 years. We focus on long-term relationships with both our team and our clients. Our average client retention is 12+ years, and our average staff tenure is 10+ years.

About the Role: We are looking for a Client Services & Growth Lead to shape and deliver the strategy for developing and expanding services to our existing client base, and helping to win new clients and projects. This senior role will work closely with Directors, Project Managers, creative & production teams to identify opportunities, define strategic roadmaps, and implement initiatives that deepen client relationships and drive growth - both with existing clients (new projects) and finding new opportunities (new clients). A strong understanding of technology (including, but not solely focused on AI-driven solutions) and digital production workflows is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development, Client Growth & Retention: Collaborate with Directors and Project Managers to understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
  • Drive initiatives that maximise client engagement and revenue through innovative service offerings.
  • Define and implement a roadmap for evolving our services to meet client needs and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for combining existing and emerging technologies within client projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of technologies, (including AI and machine learning applications), and digital production processes.
  • Analyse data using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Partner with production teams to ensure new services are technically feasible and aligned with agency capabilities.
  • Liaise with leadership to set growth targets and performance metrics.
  • Track KPIs such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of new services.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, digital strategy and client services, within a UK-based digital agency or similar environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital production processes and technologies.
  • Experience in online campaign management, including knowledge of GTM, GA, AdWords, LinkedIn (for example).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution in a fast‐paced environment.
