About the Practice

Our client is a highly reputable, mixed dental practice featuring eight fully-equipped surgeries and supported by SOE dental software, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care. This well-established practice serves both NHS and private patients, providing an excellent opportunity for professional development in a dynamic setting.

Role Highlights

  • Revenue Structure: 50% revenue split, with an expected annual income range of £80,000 to £110,000 based on performance and caseload.
  • Signing Bonus: A £10,000 signing bonus, paid pro rata, to welcome and support your integration into the team.
  • Professional Development: The practice is committed to career growth and offers support for dentists interested in pursuing a Master's Degree, fostering continuous professional development.
  • Working week: Wednesday to Friday; 8.45am – 5.30pm with early finish on Fridays. Additional days available if desired.
