Fastmarkets’ data is critical for customers seeking to understand and predict dynamic, sometimes opaque markets, enabling trading and risk management.
As the Senior Digital Content Manager (maternity cover) at Fastmarkets, you will join during a period of marketing transformation and brand investment. This role is responsible for creating high-quality creative content aligned to our commercial goals and pivotal to evolving our brand identity and growing our presence.
Within the content team, you will lead our in-house creative team. You will value process while maintaining a creative mindset. You will manage the production workflow, marshal resources to meet agreed SLAs with stakeholders (sales, marketing, product and editorial) and review and approve work to ensure it meets our quality standards. You will craft copy, develop data visualisations and deliver rich media (video and podcasts) that reflect our high standards and resonate with our audiences.
Your leadership will enable you to coach and inspire a high-performing creative team. You will provide hands-on guidance during creative production and ensure brand activity is consistent and flawlessly executed. This may involve editing and reviewing Monday.com briefs and influencing them to drive improved outcomes, and in the afternoon developing a video script using tools to ideate messaging and providing feedback to a senior designer on a whitepaper design.
Leaning on your experience, you will help optimise content production, drive collaboration, and leverage tools (including AI), performance insights and innovative concepts to improve creative execution and performance. You will manage multiple projects and know when to engage external design and production agencies to ensure deliverables meet the brief.
Creative success will be measured through stakeholder feedback, meeting SLAs and progressing individual and shared objectives. You will collaborate with the Head of Content, content managers and the digital team to demonstrate content effectiveness through engagement and reach across platforms, tracking metrics such as click-through rates, time on page, form fills, podcast listens and video views.
