We are searching for a talented, highly motivated Interim Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, this individual will align sales and marketing efforts, improve lead generation strategies, and contribute to overall growth and success. The Interim Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth, generating high-quality leads through digital channels, events, content marketing, and strategic partnerships. The manager collaborates closely with sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to optimise campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead campaign-to-market strategy for Metal & Mining vertical, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase lead flow, support new business revenue targets, deepen relationships with existing customers, and build new relationships within accounts.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics, hold teams accountable to goals, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on marketing plans, seamless lead handoff, and an ongoing feedback loop.
  • Oversee on-site event commercial consideration at Fastmarkets branded events, including creating on-site booth strategies and lead generation materials.
  • Identify technologies and marketing tools that enable effective and scalable demand-generation efforts.
  • Build best-in-class nurture programs, using regular A/B testing, learning, and optimisation to educate higher funnel leads and convert them.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for optimisation and growth within the company’s demand-generation efforts.
  • Establish the company’s brand and enhance market presence.

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in marketing, content generation, or demand generation, preferably within the metals market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive tangible results and year-over-year growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive action.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong time-management and project-management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
