  • Organisation: Maintain tidy personal, HR, and office filing systems.
  • Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflicts with tact and confidence.
  • Communication: Keep things clear, friendly, and professional across all levels of the business.

About You

  • Strong emotional intelligence; warm, approachable, and professional.
  • Confident communicator, able to handle sensitive situations with care.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experienced in recruitment, HR operations, and employment law compliance.
  • Skilled in handling disciplinary and grievance procedures fairly and effectively.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed.
