Location: British Creative Institute (BCI), Walsall

Reports to: SEND Lead / Curriculum Manager / Head of Faculty

Role Purpose: To deliver high-quality, trauma-informed and autism-aware one-to-one tutoring for post-16 learners with SEND who are non-verbal or minimally verbal, enabling them to access learning, develop functional communication, build independence, and make progress towards EHCP outcomes and Preparing for Adulthood priorities.
