We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff and help students access learning. The role involves providing classroom support, assisting individuals and small groups, and promoting student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students during lessons and learning activities
- Assist the teacher with preparation of resources and materials
- Provide one‑to‑one or small group support where required
- Support students with additional learning needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Help monitor student progress and participation
- Provide pastoral support where appropriate
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour procedures
Essential Criteria
- Experience working with children or young people

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
