Since 1998, Fasthosts has been designing new ways to give customers everything they need to manage and control their online space. Innovation drives everything we do, ensuring we offer the latest internet technology across our range of services including domain names, shared web hosting, business-class email, dedicated servers, cloud servers, secure online storage, and online backup. We also maintain a highly successful reseller channel. This is a data-driven role, where you will have experience optimizing online channels to deliver additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling, as well as preventing churn within our customer base. As a subscription-based business, most of our revenue opportunities for existing customers are through email marketing and the customer control panel. You’ll work as part of a team of Marketing professionals, and work closely with other teams across a matrix organization, to create and deliver campaigns that elevate the awareness of the Fasthosts brand across a broad and diverse customer base. We need someone with experience in B2B customer service with a big focus on creating revenue. It would be great if you also had experience managing a large, complex customer base it will help, but our priority is finding someone who demonstrates aptitude and passion, and a desire to learn. What will you be doing? * Day-to-day optimisation of multiple existing customer channels * Implementing post-purchase engagement and onboarding activities * Plan and develop marketing use cases and media in the customer control panel to boost net service growth and service lifetime value targets * Data-driven analysis and in-depth investigation of individual ad performance and contextual adjustment of content as a result * Generate additional revenue from existing customers from online and offline initiatives * Collaborate with colleagues in the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns that run for our existing customers * Work closely with the product and sales teams to create and manage product upselling campaigns * Present performance summaries to campaign stakeholders and use insights to iterate campaigns for improved performance over time What experience do you need under your belt? * Experience of online marketing campaign fundamentals * Experience creating, optimising, and analysing customer campaigns against performance metrics to evaluate the impact of each channel, including click-through rates), conversion rates etc * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms. * A strong written content creator, comfortable with taking your ad ideas from inception to final draft * A strong written and verbal communicator with the confidence to represent the UK business to all levels of the organisation What else do you get out of it?
