Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager at Faster Pay, you will support multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the UK.
You’ll assist in the execution of campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, strategic collaborations, and affiliate programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are effective, data-driven, and localised for UK audiences.

What You Will Do
- Focused Demand Generation & Capture
- Support demand generation initiatives across key digital channels — including social media marketing, influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing — to help drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition for Faster Pay in the UK market.
- Assist in developing and executing campaigns to convert interest into active Faster Pay users and merchants, using data-driven insights to improve performance and user onboarding.
- Work with product and business development teams to ensure Faster Pay’s offerings align with the UK market needs across key verticals such as e-commerce, gaming, Saa S, and digital services.
- Social Media & Influencer Excellence
- Assist in managing Faster Pay’s UK social media strategy, including content scheduling, campaign coordination, and audience engagement.
- Support influencer and thought-leader partnerships to boost Faster Pay’s brand awareness, credibility, and engagement within the UK fintech and merchant communities.
- Help maintain relationships with industry influencers, content creators, and relevant media partners to amplify Faster Pay’s brand presence.
- Strategic Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners in the UK fintech, e-commerce, and payment sectors to expand Faster Pay’s reach.
- Support the management of affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, sign-ups, and transactions through UK-focused channels and networks.
- Targeted Marketing Campaigns
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market, focusing on merchant acquisition and user adoption for Faster Pay’s payment solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth customer journey from awareness to activation.
- Customer Insights & Localisation
- Assist in adapting Faster Pay’s messaging, tone, and creative assets for UK audiences, ensuring relevance to local business culture, payment habits, and compliance standards.
- Support brand alignment in all marketing materials while incorporating regional nuances.
- Help monitor UK market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, X/Twitter).
- Exposure to influencer collaborations, partnership outreach, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Interest in fintech, e-commerce, or digital services industries is preferred.
- Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), both written and verbal
