As an Administrative Assistant and Property Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations across both office and property-related tasks. You’ll manage schedules, supplies, and vendor coordination, while also supporting the upkeep of commercial properties through tenant liaison, maintenance oversight, and documentation support. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling both administrative and property management duties.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring the office remains fully operational.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Handle correspondence, document management, and administrative tasks as required.
- Oversee the management of commercial properties owned by the business owner.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
