The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the storage, distribution, and management of materials, equipment, and products. The job requires the individual to follow strict safety and quality regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, sort, and organize shipments of materials
  • Inspect incoming materials for compliance with regulations and specifications
  • Record shipment details and update inventory systems
  • Store and secure materials in appropriate locations
  • Select and pick items for dispatch to customers or production areas
  • Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hoists
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting
  • Aerospace industry experience is preferred
