We Are Looking For The Sales Executive (SE) is primarily responsible for promoting and selling aviation parts either from our inventory or through sourcing to satisfy customer request for quote (RFQ).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Ability to successfully locate and identify supply sources to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Contacting sources to obtain quotes for price, condition, and availability for each requirement in addition to troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Resolve Non-conforming Materials (NCM), and always provide excellent customer service.
  • Daily administrative work requiring high accuracy to input quotes and update the necessary information into Quantum ERP system.
  • Process of daily Request for Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and arrangement of shipments.
  • Drives for results and success; conveys a sense of urgency; pursues goals and works to achieve them.
  • Demonstrate principled leadership and sound business ethics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be a US person based on ITAR requirement.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Executive.
  • 2-3 years of Military contracts and negotiation experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and work within company proprietary software.
  • Must be computer savvy and learn company proprietary software program.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze a company's big-picture data needs.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service attitude and demeanor.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
