An interesting position with lots of opportunities for progression, working with a well-established customer with strong forecasts for growth. We are looking for approachable, all-rounded customer support/warehouse operation candidates, who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service whilst also working within a warehouse supporting role. A full manual UK driving licence is required as you'd be driving a company van. This would be a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a long-term career and wanting to progress into managerial or senior sales roles in the future, amongst other internal career routes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Deliveries: Delivering stock to VMIs on customer sites, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction, handling incoming calls, answering emails, going the extra mile to engage customers.
- General operations in the POS: Communicating with colleagues and providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
- Warehouse: Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, general warehouse operations. A forklift licence would be a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
