We are looking for approachable, all-rounded customer support/warehouse op candidates, who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service whilst also working within a warehouse supporting role.
Full manual UK driving licence is required as you’d be driving a company van.

Customer Deliveries
Key responsibilities will include: Delivering stock to VMIs on customer sites, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction, handling incoming calls, answering emails, going the extra mile to engage customers, general operations in the POS, communicating with colleagues, and providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
Warehouse
Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, general warehouse operations. Forklift licence would be a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
