This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a long-term career and willing to progress into managerial or senior sales roles in the future. We are seeking approachable, all-round supply chain support staff who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service while also supporting warehouse operations. A full UK driving license is required as you will be driving a company van.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Handling incoming calls, responding to emails, identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction, going the extra mile to engage customers, purchasing stock, managing general operations in the POS, communicating with colleagues, and providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
- Warehouse: Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, managing shipments, and processing goods, along with general warehouse activities. A forklift license would be a significant plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
