Candidate Profile: We are looking for approachable, all‑rounded customer support/warehouse operations candidates who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service while also working within a warehouse supporting role. Full UK driving licence is required as you would be driving with a company van. This would be a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a long‑term career and willing to progress into managerial or senior sales roles in the future, amongst other internal career routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, answer emails, identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction, go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Purchase stock, operate general POS, communicate with colleagues, and provide customers with updates.
- Warehouse duties: picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, managing shipping and processing goods in, general warehouse operations.
- Forklift licence a big plus but can be obtained on‑the‑job.
