We are looking for approachable, all-rounded customer support/warehouse operation candidates, who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service whilst also working within a warehouse supporting role. A full manual UK driving licence is required as you'd be driving a company van. This would be a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a long-term career and wanting to progress into managerial or senior sales roles in the future, amongst other internal career routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Deliveries: Delivering stock to VMIs on customer sites, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction, handling incoming calls, answering emails, going the extra mile to engage customers. General operations in the POS, communicating with colleagues, and providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
- Warehouse: Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, general warehouse operations. Forklift licence would be a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
