Fast UK Parcel is hiring delivery drivers across our network, and we need an organised, confident communicator to drive our recruitment pipeline. This is a temporary, office-based role focused on contacting driver candidates, conducting telephone interviews, and preparing suitable applicants for onboarding. You'll be the first point of contact candidates have with us, so you'll set the tone for their experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Contacting delivery driver applicants promptly by phone, text and email
- Conducting structured telephone interviews to assess suitability, availability and motivation
- Screening candidates against our eligibility criteria (right to work, valid driving licence, licence points, age, and other role requirements)
- Booking suitable candidates in for the next stage and keeping the diary moving
- Keeping the applicant tracker / recruitment system fully up to date and accurate
