- Job Summary
- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Service Crew to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages.
- Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
- Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Refill condiments, cutlery, and other service supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. Candidates without the certificate will be sponsored by the company to attend the course.
- Able to communicate with customers and colleagues from different backgrounds.
