Job Summary

Hiring: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive / Accountant with knowledge of Indian accounting and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Maintain accounts using Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist with GST, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and other management reports.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
• Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GST and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
