- Advisory & Employee Relations Point of Contact: Provide advice and guidance to both employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, compliance, and employment legislation. Serve as the go-to contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace wellness; assist in resolving grievances with empathy and fairness.
