We offer our customers exclusive repair services as part of our sustainability initiatives. We are building a team of passionate casual clothing enthusiasts with tailoring or customizing experience to join our growing team! Key responsibilities: Welcome every customer with a friendly smile Provide exceptional service on all occasions Advise customers across all product categories Perform high-quality alterations of trousers, skirts, sleeves, and fix or replace zippers Engage in upcycling activities such as Sashiko and other techniques Understand alteration or repair requirements clearly to meet customer expectations Follow policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimize loss Collaborate enthusiastically with team members and support each other to form a high-performing team Relay customer feedback about products and services to management for continuous improvement Maintain organized and tidy back-of-house areas Participate in activities that enhance the overall store experience and meet objectives Essential skills and behaviors: At least 1+ year experience in sewing and finishing Strong team player with a bias for teamwork Excellent communication skills Effective time management skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly Personable and service-focused attitude Professional and positive approach at all times Motivated to achieve results individually and as a team Enthusiasm for UNIQLO brand values and products Keen to build a career in retail Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential Job details: Contract: Permanent – Full time, 37.5 hours/week Shift pattern: 8.5-hour shifts including 1-hour unpaid meal break. Flexibility to work mornings and late shifts is required. Full weekend availability necessary.
